The power of grounding

When you ground yourself, barefoot or with your skin in contact with the earth, one of the most natural effects happens on your body, with which we as humans have been developed for thousands of years, but this is now far removed from us. This is the essence of how our bodies have always functioned biologically.

Every day, as we live, we breathe oxygen and digest food, which gives us energy through the Mitochondria. (ATP) We continuously build up a measurable static tension field in our body, consisting of charged positive electrons. These electrical charges, also called free radicals, are created as by-products of our metabolism and can be harmful as they attempt to neutralize themselves by 'biting' into our healthy cells, causing micro-inflammation. This is the underlying cause of many infections and diseases, where cell tension increases, resistance is weakened and inflammation can develop into serious conditions.

Fortunately, we can slow down this process by following a healthy diet, rich in antioxidants from fruits and vegetables, and possibly supplementing with specific nutritional supplements. But in addition, our earth is an immense and inexhaustible source of negative electrons. Direct contact with the earth immediately balances the accumulated body tension. This is the basis of our biophysics. When in contact with the earth we literally discharge, receive natural anti-inflammatories and relieve our immune system, allowing it to focus on its core function: strengthening vitality and health, while keeping diseases and discomfort at bay.
