Over BaseQamp
In this three-hour ceremony we immerse ourselves in our bodies. This contains all the knowledge and wisdom we need to grow. But we can also encounter stored tension and stress during this session. With the help of connected breathing we will feel even more deeply, allow, receive and let go of what no longer serves us. Where there was a blockage, it can flow again and our self-healing ability can bring balance to our system again. We use ancient methods such as drums, music and the plant medicine cacao. She is also called grandmother cacaoa and she helps to open the heart and to feel and experience even more deeply.
